Philip joined Virgin Atlantic in August 2010 with the responsibility of running their FDM programme as well as the newly initiated FRMS.
Prior to joining Virgin, Philip spent 4 years with UK airline bmi within their Flight Safety Department, conducting safety investigations primarily through the use of flight data.
Philip strongly advocates the value of increased communication and visibility in the work he does within FDM to boost both Union & Company-wide trust and understanding and hopes to follow the same principles in his work within FRMS.
Philip Studied Aviation Technology at Leeds University (BSc), graduating in 2006 and flies light aircraft when time and more crucially money permit!
