IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Please bring your airline pass or Pasport in order to gain entry to Virgin Offices.
2. If you are arrivinging by car or taxi, please note that Virgin have two sites on Fleming Way, The Office and The Base. The Base is a hundred metres or so along from The Office and is a large white-ish building situated very close to the road. It's architecture is more operational in comparison to the more corporate styling of red brick built "The Office" which is set back from the road.

4. For those who are using the coach from The Holiday Inn remember it leaves promptly at 08.30 each day from just outside Reception

In the beginning - a pragmatic view of how FRMS emerged and matured from two completely different perspectives in response to two different quests to resolve two different operational problems on opposite sides of the world. All you wanted to know about FRMS but daren't ask. A Question and Answer session. We would like you to submit questions about FRMS for the audience to debate. Ideally these are concerns you have about the appropriateness of FRMS to your organisation or plain 'how do I...' questions to get started with FRMS. One could be "Will the introduction of FRMS spell the death knell of Flight Times Limitations as we know it?" Please send your questions to Douglas Mellor or use the Contact Form. Introduction to Alert Air - a really interesting airline that want to grab some new lucrative business opportunities and consequently needs our collective help to get their FRMS installed in order to manage the inherent fatigue issues. Leaders: Simon Stewart easyJet; Jim Mangie, Delta Airways
Workshops to assist Alert Air's management, unions and local regulator to win their new income streams even though to do so, they will necessarily require to operate outside of the current legislation covering Human Fatigue.
