We are pleased to announce the first FRMS Forum conference with helicopter and smaller commercial operators in mind, will be held at the Cordis Hotel, 83 Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, Phone +64 9-379 5132; on the 31st March 2020.
The cost of the conference package (at cost) is $US 90 per person can be booked through this website. A single occupancy room with breakfast, can be booked directly with the hotel for $NZ 279 per person.
Membership of the FRMS Forum
All attendees should be members of the Forum. Delegate organisations to this event can join here.
One membership per Airline, Regulator or Union is sufficient for all members of each organisation. Only one membership per organisation is required. Membership comes with access details to the members area of the website where registration can take place.

How to register
Each delegate should register to attend. Log in to your account and complete the conference registration form. Please note: you will need an active membership to attend this event.
If your membership has lapsed you may still be able to log into the website and renew your membership. If you are new to the FRMS Forum, please go to the Join Us page where you can join and be provided with access details to the members area. Contact us or email us at email@example.com if you experience any difficulty with renewing your membership.
Note that the membership year is 1st January to 31st December of any year. All memberships renew on 1st January.
The booking process is in two steps
- Step 1: to register for the event in the members area on this website and pay for the conference package. The conference package is charged at cost.
- Step 2: to book your hotel room requirements directly with the hotel by following the link provided with your acknowledgement after you register for the conference and book your conference package with The FRMS Forum.
There is no registration fee to pay for existing members of the FRMS Forum and all charges made for the conference package are charged in US Dollars, at cost. The hotel room charges paid directly to the hotel by attendees will be made in local currency.
The Conference Package
The conference package covers everything except the cost of the overnight stay in one of the hotel rooms. This comprises: share of costs of the venue and audio-visual equipment; refreshments at morning and afternoon break times, and lunch. The cost of the conference package is USD 90 per person. All Conference Package prices are set in US Dollars.
There will also be a cocktail party between 18:30 and 20:30 that is sponsored by The FRMS Forum. All delegates are welcome to attend. To make sure you get a drink, please check in at the registration desk outside the designated room for the party to get your badge. The badge is “the link to the drink”.
About the Hotel
The cost of the room is set at $NZ 279 per person per, night including breakfast. A double occupancy with breakfast for both occupants is set at $NZ 309.

A draft agenda for the event can be found here. It is proposed that it will cover the sharing of experiences in managing fatigue and implementing FRMS in helicopter operations nad part 135 smaler operators only. Experiences and hurdles to overcome in managing fatigue in supply, SAR and emergency medical operations (HEMS) will also be explored and both regulators and unions will be presenting developments in fatigue management from their perspectives.
Experts responsible for managing fatigue from across the world will be invited to share their hands-on experiences and knowledge through a mix of presentations, panel sessions and popular network-friendly welcoming cocktail party.
