2026 Conference Rome, Italy
21st and 22nd April 2026
The next FRMS Forum meeting will be held on 21st and 22nd April 2026. It’s the turn of Europe to host the next meeting, which we are pleased to announce to be in the historical city of Rome. As ever, we have secured rates in a hotel that has kindly offered to permit our delegates to tarry a day or three either side of the event, with or without their partner, to absorb the local ambience and lifestyle.
Our event will be held at the Hotel Pamphili which is situated just outside the main part of the city, yet not too far out of the city centre for those who wish to be entranced by the many monuments and wonders situated close by.
The meeting will take it’s familiar format that many returning delegates will recognise. We will have a welcoming cocktail party during the early evening of 20th April, on the day before the Conference; a useful opportunity to network amongst friends. The following days, 21st and 22nd April will feature our normal sessions of presentation and panel sessions to explore topics of interest as well as hearing from those who wish to describe their experiences and insights learned from implementing their own Fatigue Risk Management.
A networking dinner will be held on the evening of the first day.
The final day will mimic the first. We will aim to complete the agenda (that is under construction now) by 17:00. The agenda will be published once we have identified sufficient speakers to give a flavour of the topics to be covered.
For those whose role in an organisation is to implement an Fatigue Management programme and are willing to share their experiences either in a presentation on panel session, please contact us at info@frmsforum.org and we can see if we can work you into the agenda. We always and only focus on the experiences of regulators, airlines and unions, avoiding any opportunities for commercial messaging that may be tempting to offer, but always refused.
All members will be welcome to bring their partner and work colleagues. Partners will be welcomed for the Networking Dinner for an addition fee that can be booked when registering for the event. All conference fees are charged at cost.
For those who wish to explore the city, our delegates may enjoy a short and reasonable Euros €5 shuttle service from the hotel into the city centre that has sufficient antiquities to take the breath away of even the most disinterested person.
In April, the Trevi Fountain will still be showing off its recent re-construction, so try out a few cents and wish the meeting a lot of success.
For those who want to get around before and after the event, please be aware that:
- Tram Line 8 The stop for tram line 8 is a few hundred yards from the hotel, which will take you to Piazza Venezia in about 20 minutes.
- Bus route H The H Bus takes you to Piazza Argentina, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. The Campo de Fiori (market) is a popular shopping destination for locals and visitors.
